life can be wonderful!!!

i am feeling so much better. summer is my absolute most favorite time of the year, partly because i was born in the summer......my birthday is august 17th, but apart from that, i love the sunshine and being able to just wear peddle pushers and short sleeve blouses and skirts and sandles. the sunshine is so wonderful.......how important it is to us! what would we do without it!

i miss the rain!

it is summer, for sure, hot and bright sun, which i love, but i really miss the rain, too. where we are from in washington, it rained a lot and it's funny, i do miss that. everything is so green there. i'm so excited.....we are finally going on a vacation! next week or the next, we are going back to washington! i can hardly wait. we're going to see my mom and some of mike's family, too. and of course we will go to the beach!!! i love the ocean.

color, beauty, laughter, humor, sunshine, trees, green leaves, running, the sea, giggling, hiding, dusk, gardens, forest paths, foxes, birds, flowers, the forest, bees, dragonflys, seedlings, watermelon, ice cream, swimming, picnics, movies, fireflies, stars.......

things that make me think of summer and wishes that summer would last forever. why does it go by so fast.

the green leaves by my window are thick and lovely. mass of green and light pouring through beckoning me to escape this room, birds singing, waiting for me to run out into the bright sunshine. summer, oh summer......if you could just stay forever.

I wish it were summer, but I can remember the sunshine!!

I miss summer because now it is winter and starting to get so cold and miserable, but I am trying to get through it and remembering the beautiful summer sun and all the flowers and birds helps me think happier thoughts!! I think you really have to have a "happy thought" each day to get through life in a happy way. So, hope you can find a "happy thought" for you day!! Would love to hear from you!! Debbie

Nature is so beautiful!!

I miss Spring......the happy feeling of spring, the bright colours of the flowers blooming, the lovely breeze that feels as if it is a young child dancing.

I miss the sunshine, the quiet and excited feeling of the sun. Winter is too long and dark and cold. The snow falling so quietly is lovely, but it makes me feel so alone. Spring and Summer are so beautiful and happy. I can't wait for the sunshine of spring to return so that I can feel alive and free again!!
