poems and the voice of the snow

i found these poems tonight and thought them so very beautiful. i write poems as well but haven't put anything to paper in such a long time. these are very inspiring.....lilting, melancholy and beautiful.
"My tears are like the quiet drift, of
petals like some magic rose;
And all my grief flows from the rift,
of unremembered skies and snows".
Dylan Thomas
"And above all, watch with glittering eyes
the whole world around you because
the greatest secrets are always hidden
in the most unlikely places. Those who
don't believe in magic will never find it".
Roald Dahl
the winter wind swept through the dark with a quiet whisper, never calling to anyone.
it seemed as if it were all alone, no friends or neighbors, but was not longing for friendship.
the wind's voice was like that of a lost child, free but searching. had i not encountered the wind that night on my walk, i would have never known it's secret, enchanting voice.
