Hello everyone! I haven't posted anything on my blog for such a long time! I have mostly been sharing my art and the antiques from our shop and many other things on our Instagram page. But, I've really missed sharing things here on my own blog. Sometimes, it feels better to do something just for yourself, something that doesn't have anything to do with other people. I have been wanting to share some of my paintings recently and missed working on my blog, so I hope you will enjoy these paintings as they are some of my very favorites. I hope you are all well and will have a very nice Thanksgiving. It has been such a very difficult few years and even now, the world seems to be falling apart. I find myself drawing away from all the negative and frightening things that are happening and just turning to using my creativity or taking time to appreciate the creativity of others. I am so thankful for inspiring art and beautiful music and the beauty and goodness in the world. I hope you are able to find peace in something in your life that will sustain you through these difficult times. There is always something good.

I love painting and have so many paintings. I do have quite a few on my Etsy shop, although it's so hard for me to sell my paintings sometimes. I love sharing my paintings with other people though. Beauty is healing

I always love seeing beautiful pictures and I have tons of them saved from visiting different blogs and websites. I am so grateful for the beauty that people share with others because it keeps me going, it keeps me hopeful and calm. I'm sorry that I don't have the names of where I found these pictures, but most of them were from Tumbler. I hope you enjoy them. Which picture is your favorite one? Isn't this painting absolutely beautiful?! These paintings are by Claudia Schmid and she is from Totnes, England. I am so excited I found her shop on Etsy! these are some truely wonderful artists i've found over the last year or so. art is such an amazing gift for people. everyone has such a different imagination and different views and impressions of how the world looks and how things feel. i love how people interpret life differently, from their own perspective. how wonderful it is to see how unique we all art. i hope you'll visit these artist's sites and blogs and see the rest of the incredible art!! would love to know who your favorite artists are, too!
