These new films really look exciting!!!

                                      "Beasts of the Southern Wild"......the title even sounds exciting and unusual. I can't wait to see this film. So inspiring, different and filled with humanity. Beautiful looking film!

                                       Charming, sweet, adorable and amazing....."Otter 501" is a documentary style film about a woman who finds a lost little otter needing desperate help from someone. A truely unique and wonderful film......also will be so excited when we can see this movie, too!

                                           "The Magic of Belle Isle"......with one of my favorite actors.....Morgan Freeman. This looks very charming, beautiful and with a great message. He is always great in everything he does!!

Two movies that I absolutely love.....

These are two films that I love so much, especially "Ponette". It is a story about a little girl who loses her mother in an automobile accident. It is French and mostly about children, which is one reason why I love it so much. Ponette is trying to understand what has happened to her mother and goes through many experiences in learning how to cope with losing her. Beautifully filmed, sad and touching, I will never tire of this melancholy, deeply moving, wonderful film. I hope you will watch it someday.

The other film I am sharing with you is "Les Choristes".....a charming, funny and wonderful film about an orphanage of boys who have been forgotten and are trying to understand life on their own. A composer becomes their teacher and turns their wild hearts to the moving lessons and joy of music and they are changed forever. A wonderful, sweet film.

Beautiful, heart wrenching and gorgeous looking film......"The Vow". Two great actors and it looks like a wonderful story. Can't wait to see this, too.

"Mirror Mirror"......fantastic. Looks wonderful. Julia Roberts and so many other great actors and a wonderful time period, costumes, everything. Can't wait!!

"Footnote".....the kind of film that truely wakes up your soul. Looks beautiful and real. Definitely will see this.

An inspiring film about learning!

i can't wait to see this film. it looks so inspiring and filled with hope. it really teaches me that we are never too old to learn. also i think this film shows that we should have open hearts and minds to others.....who we might not think have value, but it is a terrible thing when we don't see the worth of the another person. we all are important in life and have so much to give and to share. this film will really touch your heart. it is beautiful.

Paid subscription webisodes......

Hi everyone...... Recently, I heard of the idea of having a paid subcription to your blog so that people could view webisodic videos. I really thought that was a fantastic idea and have been doing some research about it......it's a fairly popular thing to do. I have made so many wonderful little videos, short film clips with my beautiful art and little characters that I thought it would be so much fun to share them with everyone and also charge a little bit to help me continue to do my art. I was wondering if any of you would be interested in this idea??? Or if anyone knows anything about it? (suggestions of websites that help people to get started, how much would be reasonable to charge? how often should the videos be posted......one every day, one a week.....?) I love posting on my blog and I love sharing my art and my little films, so it just would be so great to do both and also made some money, too, so that I can keep being an artist!! Any of your comments would be so appreciated!! Thank you...... Debbie
